Each pose is held for 5-8 minutes while a massage therapist performs manual massage on various parts of the body. Classes can range from 1-10 people and last for 60-120 minutes. Yomassage™ not only allows your body to stretch and relax in restorative/yin yoga poses, but to provide soothing and therapeutic touch. Hot Stone Massage is often paired with Swedish Massage. Stones are heated and used with oils to sooth, warm, and massage your muscles. This allows your body to relax and release tension and stress.
